The Story of Purim
Purim celebrates an amazing story. It's been passed down through many generations and has become an important lesson on standing up for your people, even in the face of danger. Of course, Queen Esther is the main hero of the tale! When the cruel and malevolent Haman cooks up a plan to get rid of the Jewish people in the Persian Empire, she doesn't just sit by. Instead, she puts herself in harm's way by revealing her true heritage to the king. Her brave act is what ultimately saves her people from Haman's cruel deeds.
Purim celebrates the age-old story and Esther has a special place in the hearts of all who know the tale. She represents a lot of great values, like the courage to take action when evil deeds are before you. She also shows that, even though she came from a common family and seemed quite ordinary, anyone can make a difference in the world when they stand up for good! Design & Details
This costume is a plus size outfit based on the iconic character from the Purim story. It comes with a white dress that has an attached blue robe. Gold fringe adorns the hemline of the dress, while matching gold trim gives the blue robe a regal look. Finally, the head veil completes the look.
