A Hobbit's Outfit for Unexpected Advenures
The Shire is, by all accounts, a perfectly reasonable place to live if you enjoy second breakfast, zero ambition, and absolutely no contact with dark lords. Frodo had all of that going for him until he didn't, and yet somehow he's the most beloved figure in Middle-earth. This officially licensed Plus Size Frodo Lord of the Rings Costume captures that reluctant hero energy across every piece of the ensemble.
There's a specific kind of commitment that comes with latex Hobbit feet. It's the kind that tells the room you did not show up halfway. The hooded green cape sweeps behind you while the corduroy vest and gauze shirt layer up exactly the way a well-dressed Hobbit of the Shire would expect.
Design & Details
The full costume includes a gauze shirt with button front and cuffed sleeves, velour pants with an elastic back waistband, and elastic suspenders sewn to the back that button at the front. The corduroy vest features center-front buttons and a patch pocket on each panel. The worsted cape closes at the neck with a hook and loop fastener hidden behind an enameled leaf pin.
The latex Hobbit feet shoe covers fasten at the heel with hook and loop closures and elastic bands under the foot for a secure fit. The shirt is 100% cotton, and the pants include a touch of spandex for comfortable wear across a long evening of adventuring.
